All students are strongly encouraged to settle down in the assembly area
at least 15 minutes before the start of school to get ready
for the school day. They are expected to have a storybook for Silent Reading
before the flag-raising ceremony.

Food and drinks should only be consumed in the canteen.
Students are to queue up in an orderly manner and take turns to purchase
their food and drink.
Used crockery and cutlery must be returned to the designated receptacles.
Students are to get ready for the Recess Challenge during the last 5 minutes
of their recess.
4. Arrival Procedures
a) Parents/Guardians must ensure their children arrive at school by 7.15am, before the official start time to ensure punctuality.
b) For the safety of our students, no parent/guardian/visitor is allowed into the school premises without valid reasons.
c) Students who walk or take public transport to school should enter via Gates A, B or C between 6.45 am and 7.30 am.
d) For students arriving by private vehicle:
- Parents/guardians may drive into the school compound between 6.45 am and 7.30 am.
- Students must be dropped off at the designated drop-off point at the School Foyer
- Drivers must strictly follow the directions given by staff on duty.
5. Dismissal Procedures
a) Parents/Guardians must pick up their children promptly at dismissal time to ensure their safety.
b) Parents/Guardians fetching their children from Gates A, B or C are to wait at the designated waiting area below.

c) For students fetched by parents/guardians who drive:
- Parents are not permitted to drive into the school during regular dismissal time. Parents/Guardians should park at the nearby HDB car park and fetch their children from Gate A.
- Parents/Guardians are only permitted to drive into the school to fetch their child/ward on rainy days and after 5.00 p.m.
d) For students taking the school buses:
- Students must report to the designated waiting areas for attendance-taking.
- Buses will leave after 1.45pm (Monday to Friday) once all the students have boarded the buses.
e) For students awaiting for school-based and external student care service providers:
- Students must report to the respective designated waiting areas.
6. Visitors to School
a) Security Procedures:
- All visitors must report to the security post at Gate A
- Visitors must obtain a Visitor's Pass and proceed to the General Office
- This procedure applies to parents/guardians fetching students during school hours because of illness, injury or for any other urgent matters.
- Valid identification must be presented upon request by school staff or security personnel
b) Meeting Arrangements:
- All parent-teacher consultations require prior appointments
- Parents/Guardians may contact teachers through email or telephone
- General feedback to the school may be submitted via email to fcps@moe.edu.sg
c ) Fetching Students during School Hours
- Parents/Guardians who need to fetch students during school hours for valid reasons such as student’s medical appointments must inform the Form Teachers via email during office hours, at least 3 working days in advance.
